Sauna

Two sauna's are available; one for men and for women. Both sauna's have a dressing room. The charge for the sauna room is for residents 100 Bath per hour. For reservation of the sauna room you can contact the manager (phone 5002/5003).

To keep the sauna clean and in good condition at all time, residents using the facilities should observe the following rules:

  • Do not make excessive noise which does disturb others.
  • Keep the sauna clean all the time.
  • Remove all kinds of footwear before entering the sauna.
  • Do not bring food or drinks into the sauna.
  • Do not bring pets into the sauna.
  • Notify the manager if anyone not using the sauna in the proper way.
  • Reservations should be made in advance with the manager specifying the date and time required and the number of persons.
  • Children accompanying their parents should be instructed not to make excessive noise to disturb others. They should be told how to behave in the sauna.
  • Persons using the sauna facilities wiil be held responible to the damage they may cause.
  • The manager is empowered to limit the number of persons in the sauna or refuse entry of non-residents.
  • Persons using the sauna must pay charges of Bath 200 per hour per room.
  • The sauna facilities are open from 7 am to 7 pm. Residents who wish to use the facilities at other times should notify the manager.
  • Persons who wish to enter the sauna room should enroll in the record book and if anything goes wrong in the room that should be noted in the record book as well.
  • To enforce these regulations, the manager may grant exception if deemed appropriate.
  • Any undesirable incidents, unclean lines or inconvenience should be notified to the manager.

Snooker

To keep the snooker room clean and in good condition at all time, residents who use the facilities should observe the following rules:

  • Only residents and persons authorized by them can use this facility.
  • Gambling is prohibited.
  • Persons under 18 years are not allowed.
  • Do not climb or sit on the snooker table.
  • Co-owners using the snooker facilities will be held responsible for any damage they may cause.
  • The snooker room is open at 7 am daily until 10 pm.
  • Players must pay for lighting and air-conditioning at the rate to be fixed by the manager.
  • The manager may ask any person to leave the room if they do not abide by these regulations.

Two squash courts are available for residents. The charge for the squash court is 50 Bath per hour. For reservation of the squash court you can contact the manager (phone 5002/5003).

Persons to use the squash facilities should observe the following instructions:

  • Reservations should be made in advance with the manager.
  • Persons using the squash courts may extend the period they use the facility if there is no other reservation.
  • Persons who play squash should be in sports-wear and rubber-sole shoes.
  • The squash courts are open at 7 am daily until 10 pm.
  • Lighting is required to play squash. Players have to pay for lighting at the rate to be fixed by the manager.
  • Persons using the squash courts should keep them clean, and not bring food or drinks into the courts.
  • Persons using the courts will be held responsible for any damage to the facilities.
  • Small children abd pets are not allowed to enter the squash courts.
  • Co-owners should make sure that their family members and other persons in their care abide by these regulations.
  • To enforce these regulations efficiently, the manager may grant exception if deemed appropriate. The manager is empowered to ask any persons to leave the squash courts if they do not abide by these regulations.

Swimming pools

The Royal Cliff Garden has three swimming pools located on separate terraces along the hill. Two pools allow swimming in lengths of 25 metres. The large upper pool is an infinity pool and offers great ocean views while swimming. It seems to go out into the sea. Beside this pool is a separate pool for small children. The lower pool is quiet and secluded and surrounded by a lush tropical garden dominated by frangipanga trees. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge for residents.

To keep the swimming pool area clean and in good order Co-owners and persons authorized by them are requested to observe the following rules:

  • Do not make excessive noise which may cause disturbance to others.
  • Help keep the area clean and wash oneself before getting into the swimming pool.
  • Upon entry into the swimming pool area, residents must remove their footwear and wash their feet, if you need to wear shoes in the area, keep the shoes clean.
  • Non-residents are not allowed to enter the swimming pool. While in the pool everyone should behave properly.
  • Everyone must wear swimming costumes to swim in the pool.
  • Anyone with skin or communicable diseases may not swim in the pool
  • Do not bring food into the swimming pool area.
  • Smoking is not allowed into the swimming pool area.
  • Do not use too big floating toys.
  • Pets are prohibited to get into the pool or even enter the swimming pool area.
  • Co-owners or authorized persons should see that their children do not make excessive noise to disturb others.
  • Children swimming in the pool should be supervised by their parents. Security guards come to inspect the pool from time to time.
  • Any undesirable incident, damage, injury or inconvenience should be notified to the manager immediately.
  • >Co-owners or their authorized persons or dependants will be held responsible for any damage they may cause to the swimming pool.
  • The manager or his authorized person is empowered to limit the number of people in the swimming pool, refuse entry of non-residents or violating a regulation to use the swimming pool, or ask them to leave the swimming pool.
  • In special cases, the manager may grant an exception to the aforementioned instructions as deemed appropriate

Two tennis courts are available for the residents of Royal Cliff Garden. There is no dressing room, but there is a bathroom and a seating area on the courts.

During daytime the use of the courts is free of charge for residents, at nighttime there is a fee for the use of the light (50 bath / hour).

To keep the tennis courts and the surrounding area clean and always in good condition, residents or persons authorized by them should observe the following principles:

  • Reservations to use the tennis courts should be made with the manager on a first-come-first-served basis. Residents or their authorized persons will be allowed to use the courts only during the time reserved to allow time for other residents. People using the courts without prior reservations with the manager must give way to those who have made reservations. (phone 5002 of 5003)
  • Persons using the tennis courts can extend the time to use the courts if there is no reservation in that hour.
  • The manager may allow non-residents to use the tennis courts during the period with no reservations to earn revenue for the condominium.
  • Residents must pay for lighting at the rate fixed by the manager if they use the facilities after sunset.
  • The courts will be open at 7 am daily until 10 pm.
  • Persons who play tennis must dress properly with rubber-sole shoes. They should keep the area clean and not bring food into the area.
  • Persons using the courts will be held responsible for any damage to the courts or equipment
  • No pets are allowed to enter the tennis courts. Small Children with nobody to take care of them should not enter the court as well.
  • Co-owners should make sure that their family members or other persons under their care abide by these regulations.
  • To enforce these regulations, the manager may grant exceptions if deemed appropriate. The manager is empowered to ask any persons to leave the tennis courts if they do not abide by these regulations
